This is the construction site of a sports centre, next to SAFRA Punggol, along Sentul Crescent, in Punggol town.
Last year, this was a gently-sloping hill covered with grass and trees. The hill has completely disappeared, the contours of the land irrevocably remodelled.
This is terraforming, Singapore-style.
