We have discovered what to me is Singapore’s best mee rebus - Power Mee Rebus, prepared by Rahim Muslim Food, which occupies Stall #01-01, Chong Boon Market & Food Centre, at 453A Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10. A huge serving of the yellow noodles with an equally large serving of chicken, with peanut sauce all over them. The dish definitely lives up to its name!
